UOSE invited to take part in COST action 
The Optoelectronics and Electronic Systems Unit (UOSE) was invited to take part in the COST 299 action, Optical Fibres for New Challenges Facing the Information Society.
The objective of this action is to find new applications of optical fibers using linear and non-linear effects and in conventional, doped and micro-structured optical fibers.
The process of nomination of José Luis Santos to national delegate of this action is in course, as well as the Portuguese signature of the Memorandum of Understanding. |
