A place that makes me feel at home

Five months here. I still haven't disappeared without a trace, so I obviously like being here. I'll speak like I just got an Oscar, not for a "pretty looking" role since I'm not Brad Pitt. 'I should really thank...' Paula Castro and all my colleagues at Power Systems unit for making me feel like at home.

I should also thank them for their patience - sometimes, in the first days I had  to use their computers. It took some weeks to be able to print and use the normal network from my computer. Since I am really a boring talkative person, for them it was easier to "surrender" and let me print. Even if that was not such a big concern for me, since I'm here for a whole year, for someone else coming here just for a month this wouldn't be so comfortable.

All in all, getting up every morning to come to work over the bumpy road behind INESC isn't hard for me. I feel like at home working here. Now I honestly think that coming to work here was a very good decision.
